Potter's Barn
Summer, 2010
“O Lord, You are our Father. We are the clay, You are the potter; we are all the work of Your hand.”
~ Isaiah 64:8- Pray that God would be glorified in the WOBC community. Pray also that your life would reflect His love and your decisions, attitudes and actions would bring God glory.
- Pray that Vacation Bible School will have a lasting impact on our children and those in our community. Pray about your involvement in VBS, and praise God for all of the volunteers who are helping.
- Pray for wisdom for the Leadership Boards as they seek God’s will in guiding our church family.
- Pray that the Spanish Service will reach, teach and encourage the local hispanic community. Praise God for this opportunity.
- Pray for the Children’s Ministries: Sunday School and Awana. Pray that the children will grow spiritually strong. Pray also that the leaders will have enthusiasm and love for the children.
- Pray for the SMASH Youth Ministry. Pray that the Sunday School, Wednesday Evening Group, and fun weekday activitie would encourage the teens as they grow. Pray also that the leaders will have love and energy for the students!
- Pray for the Adult Ministries: Pray for the Wednesday night Women’s group, the Sunday Schools, and the various Men’s and Women’s groups that meet.
- Praise God for the opportunity to serve Him. Praise him for his love. Pray that God would continue to grow WOBC.

Pancake Breakfast
On Sunday, September 12 we will celebrate the new Sunday School year with a pancake breakfast! Join us for breakfast at 9:00 a.m. before the Worship Service at 10:00 a.m.

AWANA Kick-Off
On Wednesday, September 15 we will have a mini carnival to celebrate the beginning of another Awana year. Join us from 6-8 p.m. for games, food and fun! Awana is for 3 year olds - 6th grade, but the carnival is for everyone! Awana will officially begin September 22.
